Rhett Delk, Senior Vice President in Cresa’s Atlanta office, focuses on Occupier Representation for industrial clients and owners throughout the United States. His specialties include: owner occupied acquisitions/dispositions, tenant representation, sale leasebacks, and consolidations for corporate clients. Rhett has an analytical, strategy based approach when working with clients to define business requirements, analyze market opportunities, develop real estate strategies, and execute solutions. He is business partners with Jim Bob Taylor and Michael Bennett, Managing Principal and Principal in the Cresa Atlanta office, respectively. Rhett previously was a Senior Client Coordinator for Cresa Atlanta’s industrial team.
