Since 2003, Joe has provided strategic advisory services for clients in Massachusetts and New Hampshire as well as a number of multi-market organizations. He advises his clients through the end-to-end real estate cycle from site selection and financial analysis through lease negotiations. Joe is a recognized expert in the market, drawing upon decades of experience and insights to maximize leverage and
results for his clients. At Cresa Boston, Joe manages the suburban advisory team and plays a key role in recruiting and training the next generation of advisors.
