Focused on Tenant Advisory Services, Rivera assists with local, regional, and international strategy and execution for a number of privately held and public companies. He proudly holds a dual designation with one of the most respected organizations within the Commercial Real Estate Industry–SIOR, Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. This is a distinction less than one percent of all national Commercial Real Estate practitioners hold. He serves on the Global Board of Directors for SIOR and also serves on Cresa's Strategic Leadership Council.
