Currently serving as the Managing Principal of Cresa’s Salt Lake City and Denver offices, Rick has become a trusted figure in the commercial real estate arena, representing corporate clients nationwide from diverse industries such as Data Centers, Legal, Investment, Insurance, Public Relations, and Architecture. Throughout his career, Rick has successfully orchestrated numerous transactions, managing over $60 million in real estate deals and representing more than 30 million square feet nationally. His ability to provide holistic real estate solutions, coupled with a keen understanding of client needs, sets him apart.
