Cresa, the world’s largest occupier-centric commercial real estate firm, has named Dipesh Shah as Chief Information Officer. Shah will lead Cresa’s IT team and strategy moving forward and manage the company’s client-facing technology platform. He will also lead the technology advisory and business intelligence portions of Cresa’s consulting services.
Shah is a proven technology leader with 25 years of progressive management experience within successful business-to-business consulting companies. Prior to joining Cresa, Shah was the founder and Principal of New Roads Consulting, which focused on helping global enterprises optimize operations and deliver business-driven technology initiatives across the real estate spectrum. Prior to that, he was the CIO for Inventrust Properties, and an SVP at JLL, acting as the IT business partner for Facilities Management, Lease Administration, Project Management, Occupancy Planning, Strategic Consulting, and Transaction Management business lines. He has also held IT roles at Equity Office, Onyx Software and Accenture.
With a MS in Information Systems Management and a BS in Biology/Economics from Loyola University, Shah brings deep operational and technology expertise to Cresa.
