We take steps to keep your personal information accurate. To access or update your personal information please contact privacy@cresa.com. Cresa does not charge for this service and responds to reasonable requests in an appropriate timeframe.

 

Fix
You can request that your personal information is corrected if you believe it is incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate.

 

Limit
You may request that Cresa only use your personal information for limited purposes, such as to receive the services you requested. 

 

Delete
You may request that any information held on you is deleted or removed if there is no legitimate reason for Cresa to keep it. However, if personal information is required to provide a specific service, Cresa may be unable to complete the service without the information. Please note that we will keep a record of the fact that you have made a request to exercise your rights, and our response to your request, in order to demonstrate compliance with our data protection obligations and so that we can handle any queries, complaints or claims in relation to your request.
