Cresa has hired Christianna Williams as senior vice president in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Williams has nearly a decade of tenant advisory and portfolio account experience and is licensed in North and South Carolina. Some of her clients include Deloitte, S&ME Inc. and Wray Ward.
Williams joins Cresa from Cushman & Wakefield's Charlotte office, where she was a director in the tenant advisory group. Before her stint at Cushman, she was an analyst on the Wells Fargo commodity derivatives trading desk.
"We are so excited to have Christianna join our team in the Carolinas," Zach McLaren, principal at Cresa, said in a statement. "Her great reputation throughout the market coupled with her dynamic approach to real estate strategy and entrepreneurial mindset make her a great addition to our growing team."
Earlier this quarter, McLaren joined Cresa from Cushman & Wakefield as principal for the Carolinas region.
