As a Principal at Cresa, Michael specializes in helping clients develop and implement real estate strategies aimed at aligning real estate decisions with broader corporate objectives. Through his objective, analytical approach and the application of proven real estate and design strategies, Michael is able to deliver real and demonstrable value to his clients.
His extensive experience includes lease acquisitions, complex lease renewal negotiations, portfolio optimization and workplace analysis and optimization. In addition to working on some of Cresa Toronto’s largest and most complex assignments, Michael also leads the Project Management and Design groups.
