Description

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer with proven experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. Working with our Client Solutions group, this individual will be responsible for the layout, design and production of high-quality print and digital materials. The ideal candidate recognizes broader design concepts while maintaining a clear focus on the details and intended messaging.

The Graphic Designer will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, up-to-date on the latest design and delivery technologies and capable of making complicated concepts easily accessible through thoughtful design. They will work with proposal managers and subject matter experts to develop impactful client-facing deliverables including proposals, presentations, brochures, white papers, case studies, email communications and more. Most importantly, the Graphic Designer must be able to foster and maintain professional relationships virtually and with a collaborative mindset.

  • Design and develop print and digital materials to support business development efforts with a focus on proposals, presentations, brochures, case studies and whitepapers
  • Collaborate with a team of writers and advisors, listening carefully to their ideas and input to create customized deliverables that reflect the desired messaging
  • Develop new design concepts and ideas while embracing brand standards
  • Continue to educate themselves on design technology, best practices and marketing/design trends both inside and outside of the real estate industry

Candidate Profile

  • 5-8 years of professional design experience
  • B.A. in Graphic Design or related field
  • High proficiency in Adobe CC: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator (Dreamweaver and/or Premiere is a plus)
  • High proficiency in MS Office - PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and thrive in a deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with efficiency and minimal supervision
