Experience

Ted exclusively represents and advises corporate industrial occupiers throughout Arizona and across the United States. Ted’s ability to understand the nuance between an organizations operation and its real estate function allows him to strategically solve complex requirements, in turn, improving his clients’ bottom line. His ambition is working with industrial tenants to facilitate decisions that increase operational efficiencies and drive the best total value for the organization. Ted’s focus and attention to detail coupled with his tenacity in life make him an asset to any organization or team.

Ted began his career working for a full service brokerage firm specializing in industrial properties around the ports of Long Beach, California. He relocated to Phoenix in 2008 where he adopted the Tenant-Rep philosophy and has been a vocal tenant advocate for more than a decade. Ted joined Cresa in 2012 and is considered an influential leader in industrial tenant representation.

Ted attended California State University Long Beach and graduated with a communications and business degree. He was a standout athlete on the Long Beach State NCCAA Men’s Volleyball Team and trained briefly with the USA Men’s National Team.

Personal Interests

Ted cherishes his time spent with his wife Jenny and children Brody and Rylee. He remains active in the Arizona community and enjoys raising money and awareness for local children’s charities through his philanthropy group Executive Council Charities. He also enjoys mentoring developing athletes, fishing and music.
