Ben Kuhn serves within Cresa’s Miami office as an Advisor focusing on tenant and occupier representation. He specializes in representing business owners for their unique office leasing and purchasing requirements throughout South Florida. Ben is passionate about fostering new business relationships and furthering his knowledge on the commercial real estate market. He collaborates with industry veterans daily to provide meticulous service to his clients.
Ben developed an initial interest in commercial real estate growing up watching and listening to his father, John Kuhn, a Miami-based real estate / development attorney. Born and raised in South Florida, he has witnessed the city’s immense economic development and desires to play a pivotal role in the industry.
