When we set out to find a new HQ, one of the goals was to create cool office space. But what defines a “cool” space? Is it one with a “dark and moody vibe”, wall murals, lounge spaces and a basketball court?
If that’s the case, mission accomplished. Crain’s Chicago Business recently gave us an honorable mention, in their 2023 list of Coolest Offices in Chicago. We are thrilled to be listed among this year’s steep competition featuring impressive open lofts full of natural light and hotel worthy lobbies from companies including the Bond Collective, EY Chicago and United Airlines.
While Crain chose the list based on design aesthetic, our definition, goes a bit deeper. We think a cool office space is one that is first and foremost functional. One that supports the needs of the business, allows team members to be comfortable, and also supports them in having the most successful career possible.
