Bio

As an Associate, Ella provides transaction advisory services tailored to Occupier's specific requirements. Ella recognizes the importance of understanding the unique needs of each Client in order to find a space that supports their business goals. Since joining Cresa, Ella has focused on the Industrial and Office sectors across Metro Vancouver, the Interior of BC and, Vancouver Island. Before joining Cresa, Ella worked at JLL, a global real estate service provider, supporting both landlord and tenant clients.

Ella has a B.Sc. in Business Administration - Management with a double major in Sociology and a Concentration in Crime, Law & Justice from the University of Maine. She also holds a Certificate in Project Management from the University of British Columbia.
