Since joining Cresa in 2009, Managing Principal Brad Metzger has helped oversee the growth of the Chicago office. Over his 30+ years of industry experience, Brad has secured and served as the Account Executive for various Fortune 500 companies.
The real estate portfolios of his clients encompass all real estate asset types providing Brad with a diverse background unique to the real estate industry. His long-lasting relationships with clients has created extensive industry expertise in both the consumer products and cable communications sectors. Additionally, through the oversight of various global initiatives for clients, Brad also has extensive international experience.
