Corinne Brady named Young Leader of the Year by CoreNet

For the past 18 years, the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of CoreNet Global has recognized an outstanding young leader through its Awards of Excellence in corporate real estate. The Awards serve as an opportunity for the CRE community to recognize those individuals and companies who advance the profession.

Cresa is proud to share that Corinne Brady, Senior Advisor, Project Management from the Washington D.C. office was selected as the Young Leader of the year.

A well-deserved honor, Corinne is heavily involved in the organization and sits on the board for the Mid-Atlantic Chapter.

As a project manager at Cresa Corinne works alongside her clients to ensure their projects are delivered with favorable results. Through the project lifecycle, she sets the scope, budget, and timeline with the client, sets expectations early on, and addresses and manages risks along the way. Her superb organizational skills and effective communication prove essential in the project management process. Corinne has experience with lease reviews, space programming, scheduling, budgeting, writing RFPs, advising on vendor selection, construction management, move management, workplace strategy, and change management. Corinne received her B.A. from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, studying Urban Planning and Environmental Policy, and continued her studies at NYU for Project Management for Building Construction.

Corinne’s clients include Simplify Compliance, AmerisourceBergen, Infectious Disease Society of America (IDSA), BlockOne, and The Reinforced Earth Company.
