As we approach mid-year, deal activity remains steady as a number of anticipated transactions have been completed or are near completion. Overall vacancy for Q2 2023 landed at 29.49% which indicates little activity has occurred from the first quarter, but any of the positive absorption during the second quarter has been offset with the removal of nearly half a million square feet from overall inventory and a slight increase in Class AA and A vacancy.
