With summer in full swing, we are seeing market activity slow down as is typical for this time of year. Overall vacancy went up slightly from last quarter to 25.52% resulting in negative absorption of 408,437 square feet, more than half of which is due to an adjustment to Class B inventory. Overall asking rates continue to rise as landlords are becoming increasingly aggressive, particularly in the Class AA/A buildings.
