EPS Group is a full-service design and consulting firm offering land development, design and infrastructure solutions to public/private clients. The team of engineers experienced extensive growth through mergers & acquisitions, and quickly outgrew their operations in Mesa. EPS Group was occupying nearly 15-20k SF of office space and looking to expand for a fourth time.
Results
Cresa was hired to evaluate the market utilizing both transaction management & project management services. EPS Group selected this 27,283 SF first generation building located on the first floor of the Waypoint 4 building in Mesa. The floorplan includes private offices, conference rooms, open office areas, and a large breakroom. The open office features cloud ceilings aligned with polished concrete walkways and carpet tile. Additional elements include EPS color matched decorative pendant fixtures hanging above quartz countertops in the break area, 9’ wood doors with sidelites, glass walls, herculite doors, and painted accent walls throughout the space.
