West Central Foods was in need of new warehouse space that had existing freezers and refrigerators within it
The challenge with this was that the specific size and type of warehouse space was extremely limited in the market

Results

The space that Cresa was able to locate for West Central Foods was much larger than they needed, so Cresa had to work with the client to understand the cost effectiveness of taking on more space
Cresa worked with West Central Foods and provided them with a sense of security that our team would be able to take the space that they did not need and sublease that for them in order to mitigate those additional costs that they would have in rent
