David has specialized in representing the corporate user of real estate and tenant advocacy for almost three decades, providing him with the expertise to offer his clients a wide array of value-added real estate services.
David has vast experience working on a local, regional and national basis with numerous legal, governmental, accounting, non-profit, and financial services companies. His specialties include the development of strategic real estate plans, facility relocations and consolidations, lease restructurings and renewals, and feasibility studies and lease analysis, with special emphasis on the user within multiple market locations.
