Our objective was to relocate part of our Corporate Headquarters operations from our owned facility, located 50 miles from Sacramento, closer to Downtown. We were hoping to find a central location for existing employees and future employees, as well as creating a design element to spring board our culture with modern design features. From the inception of the project, Cresa understood our business objectives and helped us with needs analysis and brought in an architecture and design group to help us achieve our vision.
