Life SciencesAs the Director of Research & Analytics for the Life Science Practice Group, Andrew focuses on expanding market research for major life science clusters around the US to help orchestrate the creation of a national research platform for the sector. Prior to focusing on life sciences, Andrew was a Senior Analyst in charge of overseeing market research and financial analytics for the San Francisco Bay Area specializing in the San Francisco Office market and Bay Area Life Sciences. Prior to joining Cresa in 2020, Andrew worked as a Research Analyst with Transwestern in their San Francisco office focusing on the Office, Life Science, and Multifamily asset classes. Through his work with previous employers, he helped oversee the production and management of quarterly reports, client facing deliverables, and research papers on various market insights and trends.
Education
Andrew graduated from the University of South Carolina with degrees in both Real Estate and Finance and a Spanish language minor. Outside of university, Andrew has become ARGUS Certified with participation in the CCIM Institute.
