Dan Latini is a member of Cresa’s global occupier services platform. Dan provides end-to-end solutions to corporate clients with domestic and global requirements. During his 29-year career, Dan has been responsible for lease acquisition transactions valued over $3.5 billion across a wide range of industries with an emphasis on the technology and advanced manufacturing sectors. Dan has represented corporate clients in the acquisition and disposition of leased and owned assets, from headquarters and regional offices to R&D, land and ancillary sites.
