Ileana recently joined Cresa as an Advisor after graduating from Santa Clara University with a degree in Economics. Born and raised in the Bay Area, Ileana is able to provide clients with intimate and extensive knowledge of this region’s competitive market conditions and cultural drivers. As an Advisor, Ileana’s approach is a holistic one, considering all aspects of the project from the upfront needs assessment exercise, through milestone planning, team resourcing and budgeting as well as transaction management. Her enthusiasm for helping others along with her attention to detail allow her to earn the confidence of her clients.
