Silicon Foundry Subleases 18K SF from Salesforce

Silicon Foundry, a Kearney Company, has leased 17,894 square feet of former Salesforce space at 350 Mission St. in San Francisco. The advisory firm is relocating from 11,000 square feet at 505 Howard St.

Cresa’s Will Scovill and Brandon Leitner represented Silicon Foundry.  Cushman & Wakefield represented the sublandlord, Salesforce. Silicon Foundry chose the building based on its location in San Francisco’s South Financial District.

“This lease underscores Silicon Foundry’s dedication to pushing the boundaries of innovation and places them at the heart of the city and country’s thriving tech ecosystem – all while taking advantage of favorable market conditions,” said Scovill.

Developed by Kilroy Realty, 350 Mission St. comprises 455,000 square feet of office space. It’s reportedly the first LEED Platinum certified property in San Francisco.
