CAI engaged Cresa to help guide their move within the Stueart Tower at One Market. Although the new space they would be occupying had a recent build out, the existing layout did not take full advantage of the spectacular views nor did it reflect the culture of CAI.
Results
Working with the design team and the general contractor, Cresa helped develop multiple pricing options for CAI to select from. CAI determined where they wanted to spend their dollars to stay within their budget.
