Bio
Mike's background is a unique blend of 25 years of commercial real estate experience (1999-2023) after working 20 years in the private sector. While primarily engaged in industrial-related brokerage work, Mike also has extensive experience in land and investment transactions. His private sector experience was focused primarily in the telecom business, including ownership in start-up CMS Communications (1985-1997) which was recognized in 1991 as #36 on Inc. Magazine's Fastest- Growing Company List. Mike and his team currently assist multiple clients manage their North American real estate portfolios as well as handling industrial and land assignments up and down the Colorado Front Range.
