Veteran Exec to Open and Lead Firm’s New Boca Raton Office in Coming Months
BOCA RATON, FL (January 12, 2023) – Cresa, the world’s leading occupier-centric commercial real estate firm, today announced that Bob Schneiderman has joined its South Florida regional leadership team as a Managing Principal.

In his most recent position as Executive Managing Director with Colliers, Mr. Schneiderman represented local, national and global clients across a variety of industries in their pursuit of solutions for business challenges and space needs. Recent transactions include a 36,400-square-foot lease on behalf of Comcast in Boca Raton, FL; a 115,115-square-foot lease on behalf of Medify Air in Tamarac, FL; and a 26,780-square-foot lease, also on behalf of Comcast, in West Palm Beach, FL.
Mr. Schneiderman previously served as an Executive Vice President with DTZ, a Principal/Executive Vice President with NAI Merin Hunter Codman, Inc., and Managing Director with Savills (formerly Julien J. Studley, Inc.).
During his career he has developed an impressive roster of clients such as Comcast, Charles Schwab, Nightingale Nurses, G4S, Oasis Outsourcing and GTECH, and facilitated leases totaling more than two million square feet and valued in excess of $1.0 billion with sales greater than $150 million.
Mr. Schneiderman serves on the executive cabinet of the American Heart Association where he captains a team in the annual Palm Beach Heart Walk. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington University and an MBA from George Washington University.
