The Miami location of Cresa, a global commercial real estate advisory firm that exclusively represents occupiers, has welcomed Benjamin Kuhn and Alberto Martinez.
Kuhn will focus on business development and market research. Prior to joining Cresa, he served as a property manager for WaterFront Realty Group.
As a member of the firm’s industrial practice group, Martinez will assist with transaction management and help streamline strategies to attract new business opportunities. Prior to joining the Cresa team, Martinez served as a brokerage intern at JLL.
Cresa Miami completed 136 projects totaling 1,459,382 in square footage during 2022. In partnership with London-based Knight Frank, Cresa provides service through 16,000 people, across 380 offices in 51 territories.
