Nearing the end of their lease, TelAffects learned thatrenewing at their current space was not an option. They
needed to quickly relocate 100+ employees all while
minimally interrupting business operations.
Results
After leveraging the market and weighing various options,TelAffects was able to move into a Class A building with
generous moving and build out incentives. In the process
they expanded their rented SF for future company growth.
Employees were very satisfied with their upgraded office
accommodations, bringing more enthusiasm and synergy to
their work.
