Tony’s focus mostly centers upon Industrial Real Estate, ensuring that all clients receive comprehensive coverage throughout the process, regardless of their specific requirements. With a deep understanding of the real estate process he excels in various crucial responsibilities primarily within the Industrial team including financial analysis, real-time recovery analysis, meticulous preparation of marketing materials, proficient lease-drafting, and seamless communication with external Landlord-Rep advisors.
Prior to joining Cresa, Tony served as a Technical Recruiter at an enterprise-level staffing agency. In this capacity, he engaged with high-level executives, gaining invaluable insight into their staffing needs and effectively fulfilling them.
