Development in Atlanta is showing no signs of slowing down. Norfolk Southern announced in December 2018 that it would be moving its corporate HQ and an additional 500 employees to Atlanta within the next two years. Following suit, Salesforce doubled its space at Atlanta Plaza, renaming it “Salesforce Tower”, and adding an additional 600 jobs to Buckhead. Midtown’s skyline is jammed full of cranes frantically building new office space, including the construction of the highly anticipated ‘Coda’ building at 756 West Peachtree. A sleek looking 760,000 square foot building set to deliver Q2 of 2019. Demanding some of the highest rates in Atlanta, Coda has 68% of its space pre-leased, including anchor tenant Georgia Tech.
