Cresa Atlanta has promoted Jason Jones and Joe Grace to Managing Principal and Brooks Morris to Principal.

Jason Jones launched Cresa’s Technology Advisory Services, which helps clients leverage telecommunications such as voice and Internet services to accelerate business performance. This year, he started Remote Advisory Services, which guides organizations on a roadmap to a balanced and sustainable remote work strategy. He has been with Cresa for 18 years.

Joe Grace has been with Cresa for 16 years and exclusively focuses on occupier representation. He has been elected to serve on Atlanta’s Executive Committee, received CoStar’s individual power broker award and was Cresa Atlanta’s top producing office broker in 2019. Grace specializes in portfolio management, site selection and real estate strategy, as well as negotiating leases, subleases, relocations and space consolidations.

Brooks Morris serves on the Executive Committee. He specializes in occupier real estate services that include lease negotiations, purchase negotiations, disposition negotiations, portfolio management, site selection, relocations, renewals, expansions and consolidations. Morris has been a consistent top producer and joined the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club in just his second full year in the business.
