5Q Partners, an innovative, fast growing technology firm that serves as the authority for technology management in all sectors of commercial real estate, has renewed and expanded its headquarter lease at 6525 The Corners Parkway. 5Q has been a recipient of the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Pacesetters Award and named to the Inc. 5000 for two consecutive years as one of the fastest growing private companies in the U.S. Andy Roberts and Bubba Chrismer of Cresa Global Inc. represented 5Q in its lease renewal and expansion.
5Q will occupy 11,122-square-feet of the five-story building. Its lease renewal includes the currently occupied 9,293-square-feet on the third floor with an additional 1,829-square-feet for expansion. Cresa negotiated a tenant improvement allowance that enabled 5Q to update its space and create a more innovative, collaborate environment to attract top talent, support the company’s strong growth projections, and avoid the disruption of moving.

Cresa previously represented 5Q in 2016 as they moved into their existing Atlanta headquarter space. A critical requirement in the site selection process was to find a Class A building that reflected the company’s professionalism, culture, and clientele.
