Mizuno Renews Lease at Atlanta-Area Distribution Center

Sports Equipment and Apparel Company Negotiates Extension With Prologis for 500,000-Square-Foot-Plus Warehouse

Mizuno, a maker of athletic wear and sporting goods, renewed its lease at a large distribution warehouse in suburban Atlanta in one of the market's top industrial deals of the year.

The Japanese company signed an extension on its lease at 920 Georgia Highway 124 in Braselton, Georgia, it said. Mizuno occupies the entire 520,570-square-foot industrial property. Financial terms of the lease were not disclosed.

Prologis owns the Braselton facility as part of its $23 billion acquisition of Duke Realty in 2022.

The Mizuno renewal is the fifth-largest lease in the Atlanta industrial market in 2024 by square footage, according to CoStar data. The largest was solar panel manufacturer Q Cells' lease of 834,971 square feet at 1380 Cassville White Road in White, Georgia.
