Jeff joined Cresa with nearly 30 years of experience in corporate industrial real estate. Since 2004, he narrowed his focus to food, ingredient, and nutrition plants. Jeff travels globally, assisting occupiers in the valuation, acquisition, and lease or sale of purpose-built facilities and warehouses. In addition to fluency in plant and infrastructure, Jeff understands how continued margin compression, automation mandates, and strengthening food and employee safety regulation impact occupancy, use, and value.
