Rick is a Senior Vice President at Cresa and has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience serving the needs of tenants. He is a national tenant representation advisor who has expertise in negotiating transactions for both the public and private sector including lease renewals, restructures and relocations, building purchases, strategic planning for large consolidations, and dispositions. Rick exclusively represents tenants and is a skilled strategist, providing in-depth analysis and creative real estate solutions to his clients. When advising clients, Rick draws upon a broad range of real estate consulting experience.
