Jim has accumulated a tremendous depth and breadth of experience, having handled virtually every type of real estate transaction and project. From the process of site selection, planning, permitting, estimating, financing, construction, leasing and management, to the sale of the stabilized investment, there has always been attention to the principle of value creation. Bringing this experience into play, Jim now focuses all of his attention on representing the interest of his corporate clients. Additionally, Jim was co-founder of the Supply Chain Practice Group within Cresa and sits on the International Committee.
