Bio
As a Vice President with Cresa’s Baltimore team, Matt’s main focus is overseeing the entire real estate transaction process and providing outstanding service while addressing his clients’ short- and long-term needs. He serves as an integral player in Cresa’s effort to capture a larger market share in the Baltimore region.
Matt received a Bachelor of Arts in Metropolitan Studies with a minor in Business Administration from Towson University, and a Master’s Degree in Commercial Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University.
Prior to Cresa, Matt interned at MFI Retail, a commercial real estate firm focused on retail in the Baltimore region. Most recently, Matt interned at CBRE where he worked with its Mid-Atlantic Multifamily team and learned how capital market brokers conduct business and interact with clients.
