Jon is a highly focused, organized student of his surroundings. He tends to see solutions to current challenges in the success of his past experiences. He has a degree in Real Estate from St. Cloud State University, a Certified General Appraisal License and a Senior Accredited Minnesota Assessor (SAMA) license. His background includes working on Office, Retail, Industrial, Apartments, Hotels, Senior Housing, Self Storage and Land. This unique mix of experience allows him to find fair conclusions that make sense for the client. Jon has a team-first attitude and relies on relationships to get the job done.
