Bio
Xavier Wasiak has been committed to all aspects of industrial real estate for over 36 years in the Las Vegas Valley, where he has provided expertise to occupiers, developers, landlords and the industrial real estate community. He focuses on occupier leasing assignments as well as acquisition of investments, land acquisition and industrial development.
As Principal at Cresa’s Las Vegas office, Xavier’s market knowledge and decades of experience allows him to serve clients as lead in a variety of services including tenant representation, site selection and acquisition, build to suit development, and Data Center projects.
Over his career and thousands of transactions, Xavier has represented hundreds of occupiers on millions of square feet and thousands of acres of properties leased and purchased with aggregate values of in the hundreds of millions.
Chris received his Bachelor of Science in Finance & Management and a minor in Creative Writing from the University of Connecticut’s School of Business. Chris also spent a year in Maastricht, Holland studying International Finance & Management.
