Sandra Yencho is a Principal in Cresa's New York office, specializing in enterprise program and project management for occupiers and owners in the States. With a strong focus on owner-occupied portfolio strategy, real estate programs, capital project management and change management, Sandra brings extensive expertise to her role.
Through workplace strategy data and metrics, industry best practice and workplace experience focus, Sandra creates tailored program and project solutions for her corporate clients. Prior to joining Cresa, Sandra has worked at notable firms in workplace strategy, design and construction, including Mace, Gensler, Perkins+Will and Woods Bagot.
