New York, NY — September 27, 2017 — James A. Pirot of Cresa New York, has been retained as the Project Manager for Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP’s (Fragomen) relocation to 1400 Broadway from 7 Hanover. Fragomen signed a 108,000-square-foot deal for the entire eighth through 10th floors.
Jim will lead Cresa’s Project Management services which include assisting in the final lease negotiation, Landlord space planning, construction through Fragomens occupancy; including project and facility planning, team assembly, budget management, design/construction control, FFE coordination and relocation planning. All such services provide Fragomen the proper cost controls and oversight for this notable investment.
