Co-Working Company Focused on Wellness Picks 251 W 30th St

Primary, a co-working company focused on wellness, will move into 31,083 square feet at 251 W. 30th St., a 16-story office building in Midtown Manhattan. That’s more than a quarter of the space at the 114,000-square-foot building.

“This location in the North Chelsea submarket is less than two blocks from Hudson Yards, down the street from the High Line, and a block from Penn Station. The value proposition here in terms of accessibility is unmistakable,” said Billy Cohen of Newmark Knight Frank, who with Andrew Weisz, J.D. Cohen and Evan Foley represented the owners, HSP Real Estate Group (“HSP”), formerly Herald Square Properties, and Marciano Investment Group.

The owners bought the property in March 2016, and have nearly completed a building-wide renovation that has already earned the building a Silver LEED Certification. The tenant was represented by Peter Sabesan and Richard Selig of Cresa.
