The overall availability rate in the market has slowly increased over the quarter. Tenants are still looking to right size their office requirements. Landlords are looking to increase amenities for tenants to help with employees returning to the office in a more hybrid work schedule. Class A space has been in more demand than Class B or C, as tenants are looking reduce their footprint but get more desirable space to appeal to their employees.
