As a Principal at Cresa Toronto, John provides strong leadership to the Strategic Real Estate Practice group. John provides strategic advice to private, public, and institutional landowners on how to better manage, create value and optimize their real estate assets. His strong background in strategic real estate in both the public and private sectors allows him to address client needs in a distinctive and practical manner that yields excellent strategic results.
John’s previous public-sector leadership roles including his six years as Senior Vice President of Build Toronto give him an excellent analytical framework to understand and manage the unique challenges of managing a large real estate portfolio in a public organization.
