Michael brings over 30 years of project management and construction management experience servicing clients in both Canada and the United States. He has successfully managed a large portfolio of diverse tenant ICI market facilities projects, including corporate executive, government agencies and consulates, retail, financial, warehouse, IT and administrative facilities. Michael focuses on a strong team environment and develops strategic planning to enable the success of all projects. He has established a record of long standing achievement in leadership, project scheduling, budget containment, construction execution and quality control. Prior to joining Cresa, Michael was the principal of two construction companies, senior project manager of another, and the lead of a large developer’s design/build division. His mandate is complete client satisfaction and the continuance of client future relationships |
