Bio

Ronald Street, Managing Principal, spearheads project execution and business development at Cresa following the acquisition of NorthStar Owners Representation, which he founded in 1999. With over 40 years of experience in design, construction, and real estate development, he drives initiatives on local, national, and global levels. He has guided institutions through master planning, feasibility studies, renovations, new construction, and more. A mechanical engineer by training, Ron began his career at CUH2A and Bala Consulting Engineers before joining a real estate development firm in Philadelphia. Later he went on to run a Construction Management firm where he grew their revenue from $10 million to $100 million annually. For over 25 years, he directed the Museum Practice Group at NorthStar, working on diverse projects, including children's, science, art, and artifact Museums. He has played a central role in over 2,000 projects and has profoundly impacted his community by leading initiatives that drive growth while supporting various nonprofit causes.
