Cresa, the world’s largest occupier-centric commercial real estate firm, today announced the appointment of Tony Juliano as Market Leader in its Philadelphia office. Juliano joins Cresa from JLL, bringing strategic, operational, and management expertise to help the office achieve ambitious growth plans.

Juliano joins Cresa with over 12 years of commercial real estate experience in Leadership, Strategy, Transaction Advisory, Finance, Business Development, and Operations. He most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of the Philadelphia region at JLL where he joined in 2010 as a Senior Analyst in the Corporate Solutions group. Prior to joining JLL, he held positions at Liberty Property Trust, Willis Towers Watson, and began his career at KPMG.
