Eric began his real estate career with Cresa by exclusively representing occupiers. Cresa’s sole loyalty to the occupier enables Eric to take time to understand his client’s needs, objectively identify space options, thoroughly investigate landlord proposals and aggressively negotiate on all aspects of the transaction, ensuring the most advantageous lease, purchase or sales terms possible for his clients.
